Demetrius Lau-Sarich

Demetrius Lau-Sarich has recently graduated from a BEST Pacific Institute of Education Youth Programme incorporating Computing, Sport & Recreation, Retail & Business as well as Employment Skills.  With a National Certificate in Computing Level 2 & 3, he won a full scholarship to study Computer Science and Mathematics at university starting 2009.

Demetrius was introduced to BEST by a family member who heard an advertisement on Radio Samoa.  Since then, he has been a success and looking to further his education.

"My advice to anyone who's struggling at school is; if you don't get the credits you needed to go further, don't give up! Find something you enjoy doing and make sure you follow it through.  BEST gave me more skills than I thought I could possibly achieve."
