BEST Support: Helping You All The Way

At the heart of our support system are our BEST Course Directors - whose full-time job is to look after our students.  They will support and guide you through your studies, and provide practical help and advice.

Your Own Course Director

You will have your own Course Director as soon as you start studying.  Your Course Director will work closely with you and your tutors, and they will be available for regular meetings to discuss your progress or any problems you may encounter.  Feel free to discuss any issues affecting your student life with them.

BEST Student Support

Many of our students find they need a little extra help from time to time - it might be some specialised support and guidance they need to get them through an unexpected crisis.

Our Student Support service offers free help on issues including:

  • Finance
  • Accommodation
  • Emotional matters
  • Spiritual matters
  • Legal issues
  • Relationships

Our Student Support is available during normal office hours but students can access after hours help if required.  If we are unable to assist in a particular matter we will refer you to the right social or community service for the help you need.
