When You Start
In your first week as a BEST student, our BEST People Careers Team will get to know you and assist you to settle in. They will advise you on career choices that may be available when you graduate or further educational options at BEST.

We hold regular Career and Employment Workshops to help keep you focused on the future and encourage the choices you've made to up-skill that will make you attractive to an employer.
BEST People On-line Careers and Employment Service
Our on-line students can access all our services via the Fresh-e website although we encourage at least one face-to-face visit to make sure you are getting the very best advice.

BEST People Career Consultants
Our Career Consultants will help you find a career path that suits your personality, interests and skills. They will assist you to set goals and ensure you stay on track to achieving them. They will also give you practical tools and resources to help you research and improve your chances of success in the job market.
BEST People Employment Consultants
Our Employment Consultants liaise and consult with our employer networks that make up a database of partner employers from South, Central & West Auckland. These businesses support BEST by offering our students 4 weeks of "work-based training", which is an essential part of some of our programmes.
In addition, an employment brokerage service will assist you to secure permanent employment after you graduate in a role that is relevant to your career path. It is our goal to encourage our employer networks that BEST students are qualified and highly employable. We will market and promote our students as the best person for the role.
