Our partnership with businesses in south, west and central Auckland is the key to providing our students with a practical work-based launch into their new careers.
Many of our business partnerships span back 20 years, which is a strong indication that we are providing students the skills and preparation they need to secure good career opportunities. Our programmes continue to meet the changing needs and demands of the industries and job market.
Our business partners or "sponsor companies", open their doors to us by giving our students 4 weeks of Work-based training which is key to many of our programmes.

In addition, BEST makes weekly visits during a student's work-based training to monitor their progress and ensure they are receiving relevant experience - and to give support to the sponsor company.
