BEST Pasifika Leadership Academy and Charitable Foundation

We have formed our very successful partnership with Dr Lester Levy and the New Zealand Leadership Institute at the Auckland University Business School. As a result of this we have secured the two most eminent professors of Leadership in New Zealand to deliver two post graduate papers within the programme. We have secured many of New Zealand's great leaders to speak as part of our Distinguished Leadership Speaker Series and just as importantly, we have been working hard developing the unique Pasifika strand of our breakthrough Pasifika Leadership Programme.

The BEST Academy and Charitable Foundation's Pasifika Leadership Programme is truly one of a kind. The programme is aimed at Pasifika men and women looking to progress to and breakthrough into senior leadership positions, or start their own entrepreneurial business to generate wealth for their families and for New Zealand. 

Our vision is to Educate and Foster future Pasifika leaders of Business and Community life for Aoteroa New Zealand.

The academy and foundation are about transforming the Pasifika community with training and mentoring they need to lead - whether that be in business, in the community or as entrepreneurs.
